Dr. Timothy Hawkes Joins Ashley Regional Medical Center

Vernal, UT (October 11, 2021) – Ashley Regional Medical Center today announced that Timothy Hawkes, DO has joined its staff and will be offering orthopedic surgical services and sports medicine to patients throughout the Basin and the surrounding region. Dr. Hawkes is the third new physician to join Ashley Regional Medical Center this year as the hospital continues to grow its services.

This expertise will be important as Ashley Regional works to make our community healthier.”
Dr. Hawkes joins the hospital’s medical staff from Salina Regional Medical Center, Salina, Kansas. During his time there he worked under some of the nation’s top sports medicine physicians. He completed his fellowship in arthroscopy and sports medicine at MedSTAR Baltimore/Washington DC. Prior to MedSTAR, Dr. Hawkes completed a residency at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He graduated from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie, Florida.
Dr. Hawkes enjoys engaging with the community beyond seeing patients. He has provided care and treatment for the Baltimore Ravens, Washington Nationals, and Washington Capitals. In his free time, he has previously provided sideline coverage for the NFL, college sports and local high school sports. Some of his favorite hobbies include snow sports, food, friends, travel, and he looks forward to spending more time with family in the area.
