I cannot thank the people at this hospital enough. They took care of my daughter through a really scary event. She had a team of employees by her side in seconds. They stayed with her for a long time. They allowed me to talk to my daughter while they were getting her through it. They should so much compassion and kindness to her. They held her hand and showed so much compassion and love.

I would like to thank Dr. Joyce, Dr. Buchanan, and the other doctors that rushed to her side. The nurses were amazing, they were kind to me and my daughter. Amy in ICU and her aide were wonderful. I had to go home and Amy let me call her for updates. I would also like to thank the anesthesiologists, Tyler and Thomas were so attentive and compassionate. Tyler came to her room in ICU to check on her it was truly wonderful.

Went in the other day for anxiety the nurses were very nice and helped me to breathe... Actually, I have an anxiety disorder and couldn't stop crying and catch my breath until the nurse Jen I believe her name is told me a breathing exercise. My Dad went in for a fall to get checked out and the same nurse was very nice and helpful and so was the Dr. Sometimes it's hit and miss with this hospital depending on who is working. Lately Ashley regional has been awesome. Keeps getting better thank you!!

Renewed my CDL medical card. In and out, very nice people. Great nurse! Been going to them for years.

The staff was very professional, and helpful even with my wife as she waited for me to get out of surgery. All of my needs have been met. The convenience of home town care is important to me. The facility is excellent. Thank you to all!

I have been to this hospital on many accounts as being my elderly mother's caretaker. I am always impressed with the speed, precision and teamwork I see in the emergency room. I am always pleased by the hospitals facilities, technology and faculty, especially for a small town medical center. I have witnessed her get more prompt, efficient and truly great care than I have seen her receive in numerous metropolitan hospitals. The staff somehow magically creates a very professional and experienced atmosphere without sacrificing the feel of small, hometown honest to goodness love and care. I just recently had to visit their emergency department for the first time due to debilitating pain in my back. No tests showed anything. I fully expected to be sent home, because what else could they do? I was instead reassured that they knew there was something wrong, that they knew I was in serious distress and were going to figure out a way to help. I feel like most bigger hospitals would have assumed I was faking, trying to get meds. The Dr.s and nurses are all so empathetic and kind. Trying to get me back on my feet. I am thankful the Basin has this little jewel. Special thanks to Dr. Nelson for not writing me off as crazy and taking special time to assure that he believed me and was going to do his best to help.
